Collaborated with UDD’s Ean Mayor on the album packaging for Up Dharma Down’s newest album entitled Capacities. I think so far this has been my favorite project to work on since I became a designer. I was fortunate enough to work with someone who has a similar vision / similar aesthetic and therefore made the project a pleasure to work on. Thanks for letting me be a part of this, Ean! :)

Up Dharma Down’s newest album (my favorite songs are Tadhana and Night Drops btw) is available on iTunes, on their website, and in music stores nationwide. Follow them on Tumblr and on Facebook.

Created a September cover illustration and icons for FreeSpeech Publication’s 2013 Planner entitled This Journal Will Change Someone’s Life.

All proceeds of the planner will go to fund Lifeline Foundation’s satellite schools, which offer free education to anyone who wishes to learn. Hello! :) And no worries, I don’t mind at all. :) I learned the basics of AE in The One School (Makati) from my motion graphics professor, Nico Puertollano. After graduating, I became an intern at 27+20 (so Nico turned from my professor to my boss, haha) and learned more about AE from there. Now I work for them full-time (27+20/Flux).

C4d is something I’m still in the process of learning so it’s mostly self-study at home with a bag of cheese rings or kornets. Just read tutorials and try to be patient; C4d annoys the hell out of me sometimes, haha.

Hi! I use After Effects. Try downloading and watching Lynda tutorials to learn how to animate, they really helped me. :) You might want to learn Cinema 4d too, it’ll help you a lot in the future if ever you want to start doing things in 3d. :)

Hi! :) I get inspired by nature (I take a lot of walks) and animation. I’m a big fan of Hayao Miyazaki (watch Totoro if you haven’t yet, it’s adorable! ^_^) so most of my works have a sort of story to them and elements that look like they were meant to be moving. Then I just sketch out an idea first and then do everything in Illustrator. Thanks for the question (and for reading my blog, haha) ^_^
